Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that the applications align with organizational goals. You will also participate in testing and refining applications to enhance functionality and user experience, while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency throughout the development lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance. - Continuously assess and improve application processes to ensure optimal efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting. - Experience with financial reporting and analysis tools. - Strong understanding of business process mapping and optimization. - Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP modules. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.
