The role requires working closely with different teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient applications. The engineer applies modern development methodologies and frameworks to meet evolving business requirements, continuously improving software performance and functionality. Collaboration and problem-solving are integral parts of the daily routine, ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals and user needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS). - Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable software architectures. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively. - Familiarity with integration techniques and working across multiple platforms.
