Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development. - Ensure the quality and reliability of applications through thorough testing and validation. - Maintain documentation related to application design, configuration, and deployment processes. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform, Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Development. - Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices within the Salesforce ecosystem. - Ability to configure and customize applications to meet complex business requirements. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to application performance and functionality. - Familiarity with integration techniques and data management within Salesforce environments.
