Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices that enhance team productivity and software quality. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and project success. - Coordinate with junior professionals to support their development and integration into project workflows. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture. - Strong expertise in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures within Oracle Customer Care and Billing environments. - Experience in integrating Oracle CC&B with other enterprise systems and third-party applications. - Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and develop innovative solutions that align with business objectives. - Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques specific to Oracle CC&B platforms. - Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
