Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain application performance and reliability.
- Document application configurations and processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and compliance standards within enterprise environments.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP GRC modules to align with organizational policies.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP GRC and other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing SAP GRC applications to enhance system efficiency.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
