Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is an integral part of the daily routine to align development efforts with project goals and timelines, fostering continuous improvement and innovation in software products. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development. - Assist in maintaining and updating existing software applications to improve performance and user experience. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. - Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to coding standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server. - Experience in writing complex queries, stored procedures, and optimizing database performance. - Familiarity with database design principles and data modeling techniques. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues efficiently. - Knowledge of integrating Microsoft SQL Server with various application frameworks and tools.
