Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality. - Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their professional development. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Hybris Commerce. - Strong experience in designing and developing scalable e-commerce solutions using SAP Hybris Commerce platform. - In-depth knowledge of integrating SAP Hybris Commerce with various backend systems and third-party services. - Ability to customize and extend SAP Hybris Commerce modules to meet specific business requirements. - Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques within SAP Hybris Commerce environments. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to SAP Hybris Commerce implementations.
