The role requires working closely with team members to apply modern development frameworks and agile methodologies, ensuring that the solutions delivered are scalable and perform efficiently. This position focuses on addressing unique business requirements through innovative software enhancements and continuous collaboration to meet project goals and deadlines. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development. - Maintain and update existing software components to improve functionality and performance. - Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing within the team. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. - Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable software solutions. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively. - Familiarity with integration of SAP modules and related business processes.
