This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding organizational requirements and translating them into effective software solutions. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed align with evolving business objectives and provide seamless functionality. Attention to detail and adaptability are key as the engineer works through different phases of application development, from initial design to final deployment, ensuring that the solutions are robust and scalable. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members to enhance productivity and project outcomes. - Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional growth. - Continuously evaluate project progress and implement improvements to optimize delivery timelines and quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. - Strong knowledge of financial accounting processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP FI modules to meet business requirements. - Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into technical solutions within SAP environments. - Familiarity with data migration, testing, and troubleshooting in SAP FI S/4HANA implementations. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering efficient and scalable accounting solutions.
