Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the design and implementation of custom software solutions that align with business objectives. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration and deployment of software components. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS). - Strong experience in designing and developing integration solutions using cloud-based platforms. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues across diverse systems. - Familiarity with modern software development practices including agile methodologies and continuous integration. - Experience in creating scalable and maintainable software components that support business processes. - Good understanding of API management, data transformation, and workflow automation within integration platforms.
