Must possess deep expertise in UKG Pro WFM, Boomi design and solution delivery. Must have advanced UKG competency consistently and effectively, demonstrating mastery in complex scenarios and influencing outcomes at scale. Ability to manage end-to-end processes, including planning, execution, and governance. Drive project execution with a balanced approach - 50 technical leadership and 50 team management. Monitored and enhanced Delivery Experience (DEX), and improved delivery quality through measurable KPIs. Strong understanding of industry trends and ability to apply them to UKG Pro WFM solutions. Lead integration projects for Kronos/UKG systems, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Serve as the primary client contact during integration, maintaining clear communication and managing expectations.
