Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain application performance and reliability. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. - Document application configurations and development processes to ensure clarity and maintainability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor. - Experience with configuring and customizing Oracle HCM Cloud modules to align with business workflows. - Strong understanding of cloud-based human capital management systems and their integration capabilities. - Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into effective software configurations. - Familiarity with data management and reporting within Oracle HCM Cloud environments. - Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance to meet user expectations.
