Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development. - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software components by following best practices and standards. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills and project understanding. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Process Management (BPM). - Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and application design principles. - Experience in configuring and customizing BPM tools to meet business requirements. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues effectively. - Familiarity with integration techniques and middleware solutions related to BPM platforms.
