Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance performance and reliability. - Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM InfoSphere DataStage. - Experience in designing and implementing data integration workflows and ETL processes. - Strong understanding of data transformation, data quality, and data governance principles. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data pipelines for performance and scalability. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Competence in scripting and automation to streamline data processing tasks.
