The role requires working within dynamic project environments, applying modern development frameworks and agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business objectives and continuous refinement of software components to meet evolving requirements are integral parts of the daily workflow. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless integration of custom software components. - Assist in documenting software design and development processes to support knowledge sharing. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenText Documentum. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP PO/PI and APIs Development. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software components. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues efficiently. - Familiarity with integration techniques and middleware solutions.
