• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for software development.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications to improve functionality and user experience.
• Document technical specifications and development processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Experience in developing and customizing SAP applications to meet business requirements.
• Strong understanding of database concepts and integration techniques within SAP environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently in a timely manner.
• Familiarity with performance optimization and code quality best practices in SAP ABAP development.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
