Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and assistance in their tasks and responsibilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Talend ETL. - Strong experience in designing and developing data integration workflows using Talend ETL tools. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize ETL processes to ensure high performance and reliability. - Familiarity with data transformation, data cleansing, and data migration techniques within Talend environments. - Experience in collaborating with database technologies and understanding data warehousing concepts. - Capability to work with complex data structures and ensure data quality throughout the ETL lifecycle.
