Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality. - Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery of solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS). - Strong knowledge of application design principles and software configuration techniques. - Experience in customizing software solutions to meet complex business requirements. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot application issues effectively. - Familiarity with integration of enterprise applications and data management. - Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive software products.
