Corporate Strategy Senior Manager
Location: Bengaluru
Overall Responsibilities
Define and shape the SC&E Reinvention Partner strategy, ensuring alignment with the global Reinvention Services G&S agenda.
Be accountable for strategy and execution plans across the three growth pivots-Services + Products, IP Revenue Growth, and Core Value Chain Reinvention- ensuring coherence and impact.
Direct the identification of differentiated, profitable growth ideas across 'New Business' and 'Reinvent the Core', and lead turnaround analyses and action plans.
Set the point of view on emerging technology trends-including Physical AI and Industrial AI -and their strategic implications for SC&E.
Direct the inorganic growth agenda-defining M&A priorities, target evaluation criteria, and deal-origination recommendations.
Be accountable for the quality of diligence and value-realization assessments, advising leadership on inorganic prioritization and the M&A and partnership landscape.
Lead the evaluation and prioritization of GTM partnership and alliance opportunities that expand SC&E's differentiation and market reach.
Be accountable for translating strategic priorities into outcomes-ensuring ownership, governance, and execution discipline across SC&E G&S workstreams.
Engage directly with global SC&E leaders and offering leads to align priorities, mobilize action, and unblock critical decisions.
Own the investment-ROI view to leadership- anticipating risks and leading course correction across R&D, capability, and market development.
Act as a strategic interlocutor to SC&E Reinvention Partner leadership, defining narratives and earnings-readiness content.
Lead analyst relations (Gartner, Everest Group, IDC, HFS) and build and leverage internal and external networks- including Competitive Intelligence, Accenture Research, and Corporate Development.
Skills Required
Strong business acumen and deep understanding of industrial, engineering, and asset-intensive sectors.
Advanced financial and business-case judgment-including TAM sizing, CAGR analysis, investment ROI, and portfolio-level prioritization.
Deep domain expertise in one or more SC&E-relevant areas-supply chain, capital projects, industrial AI, or engineering and R&D.
Ability to set the research agenda and synthesize original, forward-looking perspectives across market, competitive, ecosystem, and technology dimensions.
Authoritative command of Technology, AI (including Physical and Industrial AI), data, and ecosystem trends and their strategic implications.
Strong grasp of inorganic growth dynamics: M&A landscape, alliance ecosystems, and partnership structures in industrial and engineering services.
High proficiency with AI-enabled ways of working -able to raise the bar on how the team uses AI to accelerate rigorous, senior-audience-ready work.
Education
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred.
Experience
12–15+ years of total work experience, with deep tenure in strategy, management consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation, or industrial technology.
Strong track record leading market research, competitive intelligence, and business analysis in supply chain, engineering, or adjacent industrial sectors.
Extensive experience defining executive-level strategic recommendations and advising senior leadership.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams across global geographies.
Experience guiding and developing team members within a matrixed structure.
Preferred
Knowledge of Physical AI, Industrial AI, digital twins, or advanced manufacturing trends.
Exposure to V&A (M&A) pipeline evaluation, deal diligence, or inorganic growth strategy.
Familiarity with strategic analyst relations and major analyst firms covering SC&E-adjacent markets.
Familiarity with Accenture's SC&E offerings, offering architecture, or GTM frameworks.
