This role requires defining high-level customer needs and designing the necessary business frameworks and solutions to support these opportunities. The Business Architect also develops detailed business cases that align with the overall vision, ensuring that strategic objectives are clearly articulated and actionable. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align business goals and drive transformation initiatives is a key aspect of daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead strategic discussions to align business objectives with technology solutions. - Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure clarity and shared understanding. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Vendor Invoice Management. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities. - Experience in designing business solutions that align with organizational goals. - Ability to develop comprehensive business cases that support decision-making. - Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Capability to manage and lead cross-functional teams towards achieving project objectives.
