Must have skills : Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS) Good to have skills : NA Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities to create meaningful business value by thoroughly evaluating the existing environment and gathering high-level requirements. The role includes defining effective business solutions and translating organizational needs into technology-driven strategies and operational frameworks. Supporting transformation efforts by preparing detailed business cases and steering the implementation of critical initiatives is a key part of daily activities, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technological capabilities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business requirements are accurately captured and addressed. - Assist in the continuous improvement of business processes and solution designs. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance. - Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS). - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities. - Experience in translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable technology solutions. - Ability to develop comprehensive business cases that support strategic decision-making. - Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders. - Familiarity with operating models and transformation frameworks.
