This role requires capturing high-level requirements and defining comprehensive business solutions that align with strategic goals. The Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, the role supports organizational transformation by developing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and fostering continuous improvement. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment. - Drive the development and refinement of business models and processes to support strategic initiatives. - Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their professional growth.
