Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that all applications run smoothly to support business operations effectively. You will engage with different teams to gather insights and feedback, which will help in enhancing the overall service delivery and user experience. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of the systems that drive the organization forward. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex software issues. - Experience with system integration and application support. - Familiarity with software development life cycle and methodologies. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
