This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying problems, analyzing system components, and ensuring smooth operation by promptly resolving disruptions. The position demands continuous engagement with multiple system elements to maintain business continuity and support operational efficiency through effective troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to improve system reliability and performance through proactive issue identification. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on system support and incident resolution. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint Online Administration. - Experience with SharePoint Online configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting. - Strong knowledge of cloud-based collaboration platforms and their integration with enterprise systems. - Ability to manage permissions, site collections, and user access within SharePoint Online environments. - Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration tasks related to SharePoint Online. - Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements in cloud-based applications.
