This role requires a proactive approach to monitoring system performance, diagnosing problems, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous interaction with different teams to maintain system stability and support business continuity through timely and effective problem resolution. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify root causes of complex system issues and implement corrective actions. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall expertise. - Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address critical incidents efficiently. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing. - Experience in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure software quality. - Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and tools. - Ability to analyze system behavior and troubleshoot issues effectively. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes. - Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve testing strategies and outcomes.
