The role requires coordinating with various teams to address operational challenges, monitoring system health, and managing incident responses. The engineer actively participates in problem resolution, facilitates communication across departments, and supports the overall infrastructure to maintain optimal service delivery. This position demands a proactive approach to managing network environments and contributing to the stability and efficiency of enterprise applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations. - Strong knowledge of network protocols, infrastructure components, and troubleshooting methodologies. - Experience with monitoring tools and incident management systems to ensure timely resolution of issues. - Ability to analyze complex network problems and develop effective solutions. - Familiarity with network security principles and best practices to safeguard enterprise environments.
