The position demands attentiveness to detail and a commitment to maintaining system reliability through continuous observation and timely intervention. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build knowledge and support the team. - Participate in Problem Solving discussions. - Assist in documenting and sharing insights gained from troubleshooting activities to enhance team knowledge. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and resolution of system issues. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and tools. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Infrastructure as a Service. - Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline deployment and monitoring tasks. - Understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts and their application in supporting business systems. - Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes of issues. - Experience working within collaborative environments to support software and infrastructure stability.
