Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring the smooth operation of applications that are vital to business functions. You will engage with different stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, which will help in enhancing system reliability and user satisfaction. Your role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring that any disruptions are addressed promptly and effectively, thereby contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of performance testing strategies to ensure optimal application performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve application issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Performance Testing Strategy. - Strong analytical skills to assess system performance and identify areas for improvement. - Experience with performance testing tools and methodologies. - Ability to troubleshoot complex application issues and provide effective solutions. - Familiarity with software development life cycle and application support processes.
