This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The professional collaborates with different teams to maintain system stability and promptly address any disruptions that may impact business processes, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of the technology environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and continuous improvement of application performance. - Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders to support knowledge sharing and future troubleshooting. - Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance system reliability and user experience. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAS Base & Macros. - Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues effectively. - Experience in troubleshooting and debugging within multi-component business systems. - Ability to work with large datasets and perform data manipulation using SAS tools. - Good communication skills to interact with technical teams and business users. - Familiarity with software lifecycle processes and incident management.
