The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the applications support operational goals effectively, while continuously refining and enhancing the software to adapt to evolving business demands. Attention to detail and a focus on delivering reliable, scalable applications are central to daily activities in this position. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance. - Document application designs and development processes to support knowledge sharing. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Enterprise Edition. - Strong understanding of application development lifecycle and best practices. - Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software solutions. - Familiarity with integrating applications with various data sources and services. - Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
