Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to voice communication technologies. Participate in discussions to share insights and propose improvements. Assist in the documentation of processes and solutions. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Beginner proficiency in Cisco Voice. Beginner proficiency in Session Initiation Protocol (SIP). A minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant related skills. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
