Job Description
Summary: Accelevation LLC designs, manufactures, and installs physical infrastructure supporting advanced technologies. The Talent Acquisition Intern will gain hands-on experience across sourcing, candidate experience, recruitment operations, and process improvement while supporting recruiting initiatives and meaningful projects.
Responsibilities:
- Support recruiters in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, talent communities, and other channels
- Learn and apply modern sourcing techniques and talent mapping strategies
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Conduct market and competitive talent research to identify recruiting trends and opportunities
- Assist with interview scheduling and candidate communications
- Help ensure candidates receive a professional, seamless, and positive experience throughout the hiring process
- Collect and analyze candidate feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
- Support employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives
- Review recruiting workflows and assist in documenting recruiting processes
- Evaluate existing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for effectiveness, consistency, and scalability
- Recommend improvements to recruiting processes, templates, tools, and documentation
- Support data accuracy and maintenance within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Track and report recruiting metrics and operational insights
- Participate in talent acquisition projects focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement
- Create recruiting process documentation, training materials, and resource guides
- Present recommendations and project findings to recruiting leadership
- Assist with additional recruiting and HR initiatives as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
- Strong interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or people operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Analytical mindset with an interest in process improvement
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and business systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
- Employees must be able to communicate effectively and work in an office, hybrid, or remote environment
- This position requires regular use of computers, phones, video conferencing platforms, and business software applications
- Physical requirements include prolonged periods of sitting, typing, reviewing documents, entering data, and participating in virtual or in-person meetings
- Employees may occasionally stand, walk, and collaborate across office and manufacturing environments
- Minimal travel may be required for meetings, training, recruiting events, or company activities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Coursework or demonstrated interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR operations, employer branding, or candidate experience preferred
- Previous internship, campus leadership, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems, or recruiting tools preferred
- Interest in employer branding, candidate experience, or recruiting operations preferred
