Specialty Manager – Northern Nevada
Absolute Dental is Nevada’s largest dental network with 45+ locations and continued statewide growth. We are seeking a strong, results-driven leader to oversee operations for our Specialty Clinics across Northern Nevada, including Oral Surgery, Endodontics, and Periodontics.
This is a regional leadership role responsible for multi-location oversight, provider support, production performance, and operational excellence. If you are a proactive operator who thrives on metrics, team leadership, and strategic growth, this is your opportunity.
What We Offer

This role requires travel between specialty locations throughout Northern Nevada as part of operational oversight.
What You Will Do
• Provide direct leadership for Oral Surgery, Endodontics, and Periodontics teams • Oversee multi-site specialty clinic operations • Drive production, KPI performance, and scheduling optimization • Manage and optimize specialty provider schedules across locations • Partner with specialty providers to support workflow efficiency and clinic performance • Collaborate with General Practice Managers to strengthen referral integration • Track performance metrics and implement improvement strategies • Support hiring, onboarding, and training of specialty team members • Participate in leadership planning and strategic growth initiatives
What You Bring
• 3+ years of healthcare or dental management experience preferred • Experience managing teams and performance metrics • Strong operational planning and scheduling skills • Ability to lead across multiple locations • Strong communication and provider relationship skills • Self-driven with high accountability • Ability to travel between Northern Nevada clinics • Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Specialty dental experience is preferred but not required.
