ABS International is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to join our growing team as a Data Entry & Social Media Outreach Executive.

We are seeking someone with basic knowledge of the medical and healthcare field, strong communication skills, and the ability to conduct online research and professional outreach. The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with doctors, healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, and medical-related businesses.

Position Details

• Position: Data Entry & Social Media Outreach Executive

• Work Mode: Onsite (In Person)
• Working Hours: 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM
• Monthly Salary: Rs. 30,000 – Rs. 35,000

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, organize, and maintain accurate data and records.
• Research and identify doctors, healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, medical businesses, influencers, and potential clients.
• Conduct professional outreach through social media platforms, direct messages, emails, and other communication channels.
• Communicate effectively and respectfully with doctors and healthcare professionals.
• Research medical and healthcare-related businesses and gather relevant information.
• Develop and maintain organized databases of potential leads and contacts.
• Manage follow-ups and maintain records of all communication activities.
• Track responses, interested prospects, and outreach progress using Google Sheets and MS Excel.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on data entry, research, and outreach activities.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and professionalism in all assigned tasks.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Basic understanding of medical terminology, healthcare, and the medical field is essential.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and professional communication abilities.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Google Sheets and MS Excel.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms.
• Good online research and lead-generation skills.
• Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with doctors and healthcare professionals.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of handling repetitive tasks efficiently.

Preferred Backgrounds:
Candidates with educational backgrounds in Medical Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Sciences, or related disciplines are highly encouraged to apply.

Previous experience in data entry, medical administration, lead generation, social media outreach, or social media management will be an added advantage.
