Role Purpose: Act as the product specialist for vehicles, technologies, and services, delivering exceptional customer experiences through product presentations, demonstrations, test drives, and vehicle handovers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Present vehicle features, technologies, and benefits to customers.

• Conduct product demonstrations and test drives.

• Support customers during vehicle delivery and setup of digital services.

• Act as a brand ambassador and enhance showroom customer experience.

• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and support team training.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Experience in automotive, sales, customer experience, or product specialist roles.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Passion for automotive products and technology.

• Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
