PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
To build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals within an assigned territory, ensuring consistent sales growth through the provision of high-quality products, technical expertise, and exceptional service. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, product knowledge, and a commitment to understanding and addressing customer needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute sales of the company’s products in the territory segmented and increase sales numbers.
Maintain close relationships with accounts in the territory segmented and ensure the company’s products meet their requirements where possible. Appraise current and planned customer needs and advise on the application of company products and services to customer requirements.
Carry out seminars and workshop and assist to arrange or hold symposium and congress for doctors.
Learn a certain level of product knowledge and sales skills provided from the company to maximize one’s sales efficiency in terms of company strategy.
Execute promotional activities and sales aids.
Represent Allergan in a professional manner that aligns with company image, ensuring activities comply with legal and ethical standards.
Deliver clinical facilitation services include patient management tools, clinical knowledge
and injector technique review.

qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree; new graduate or with less than 3 years of experience
Healthcare-related studies preferred
