Marketing Planning Manager - GI Prima
Location: India - Mumbai
JOB DESCRIPTION:
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Implement a marketing and sales strategy for one of the organization's most complex, critical, and strategically significant brand to meet established sales & market share targets.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead medico-marketing initiatives, campaign plans and manage pill-plus services as supporting ecosystem of the leading brand of Abbott India Ltd.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to drive commercial objectives with ownership.
Conduct market research, oversee product development and design, set prices, launch new products, oversee advertising campaigns, and monitor sales performance effectively to market assigned products/services.
Monitor, analyze, and evaluate domestic and international market trends, customer feedback, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the product/service.
Consult with other areas of the organization (e.g., production, R&D) to implement these changes.
Prepare sales forecasts and budgets. Monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts.
Adapt plans to improve the sales performance of the product/service.
Liaise with advertising and promotions specialists to design sales campaigns and sales collateral for the product/service that are effective and appropriate for the target audience.

Associate’s Degree (± 13 years)
Master’s Degree (± 18 years) in Marketing
Experience / Background
Minimum 8 years
