Customer Success Manager - Spanish speaker… at ABAX · Peterboro…

As our Customer Success Manager for the Spanish market prepares to take paternity leave, we’re looking for a Spanish-speaking, commercially minded professional based in or around Peterborough to support our Spanish customer portfolio for 12 months.

This is an opportunity to build meaningful customer relationships, drive commercial growth and make a real impact in an international technology business.

Why This Role Is Different

Great Customer Success is about becoming the person your customers trust most. At ABAX, you’ll build lasting relationships, solve challenges and act as a trusted advisor, helping customers maximise value, improve efficiency and achieve their business goals through our technology.

This is more than maintaining accounts; it’s about proactively identifying opportunities, driving customer retention and contributing to commercial growth.

If you enjoy building lasting relationships, solving problems and turning customer success into commercial growth, we’d love to hear from you. This opportunity will allow you to make a meaningful impact from day one, strengthen customer partnerships and contribute to business growth while gaining valuable experience in an international technology company.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage customer relationships from onboarding through to renewal.
• Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers.
• Understand customer needs, challenges and business goals.
• Deliver effective onboarding and drive product adoption.
• Proactively identify risks and resolve customer challenges.
• Retain and grow existing customer accounts.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Support to maximise customer value.

What Success Looks Like

• Customers renew because they recognise the value ABAX delivers.
• Product adoption and engagement continue to grow.
• Customer satisfaction remains high.
• Your portfolio delivers sustainable commercial growth.
• Customers see you as a trusted business partner, not just another supplier.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, Customer Retention, SaaS or technology would be valuable. However, your mindset, communication skills and commercial curiosity matter just as much as your experience.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Build relationships and trust quickly.
• Enjoy understanding customer challenges and finding practical solutions.
• Have a strong commercial mindset and an eye for growth opportunities.
• Take ownership and proactively follow through on commitments.
• Communicate confidently in Spanish and English.
• Enjoy working in a fast-moving, international environment.
• Are motivated by helping customers succeed while delivering business results.

Why Join ABAX?

• Make a difference: Help customers improve their businesses.
• Drive growth: Turn relationships into commercial results.
• Develop: Access ongoing learning and career opportunities.
• Get rewarded: Competitive salary and bonus potential.
• Grow with ABAX: Build your career in an international technology company.
• Collaborate: Join a supportive, ambitious team.

Ready to Make an Impact?

If you’re a Spanish-speaking professional who enjoys building trusted relationships, spotting commercial opportunities and helping customers get the most out of technology, we’d love to hear from you!
