Role & responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end design & development of scalable software solutions in payments/banking domain
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development team
• Ensure code quality, best practices, and adherence to SDLC & Agile methodologies
• Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams for successful project delivery
• Drive innovation using cloud technologies and microservices architecture
• Ensure compliance with payment processing standards and regulatory requirements

Preferred candidate profile
• 12 -15 years of experience in software development
• Strong hands-on expertise in Java/C#/Python
• Experience in Banking / Financial Services / Payments domain
• Exposure to Agile, CI/CD, Git, Cloud & Microservices
• Strong leadership, problem-solving & stakeholder management skills
