• Book Growth by implementing new Education Loan policy and credit decisioning framework.
• Recommend process changes in order to improve efficiency and quality across the assigned area.
• Leverage in-house synergies through collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Portfolio Risk Performance (Early Delinquency, NCL), Book Growth (EOP), Governance and Control (No adverse remark in Audits).
• Adherence to governance and control framework.
• Reduction of Risk Related costs.
• Build quality portfolio with all risk triggers within benchmark.
