Role & Responsibilities:
• Develop high-quality, scalable, and enterprise-grade applications using Core Java.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle: design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure software compliance with security, performance, and scalability standards.
• Manage version control and release of software components with proper documentation.
• Liaise effectively with internal teams, external customers, and vendors for technical support.
• Conduct unit testing, regression testing, and support during integration/UAT phases.
• Continuously explore and propose new technologies to improve software solutions.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
• 10+ years of hands-on software development experience in Core Java.
• Strong understanding of enterprise-grade application design, performance, and scalability.
• Experience in software versioning, deployment, and documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive in learning new technologies and improving development processes.
