Job Description :

• Responsible for the overall management and performance of a specific branch.
• Entails developing and implementing strategies to drive sales, enhance customer satisfaction and ensure operational efficiency.
• Lead a team of sales and support staff, oversee day-to-day operations and collaborate with internal departments to achieve branch targets and maintain compliance with organizational standards.
• Provide strategic direction and leadership to achieve branch sales and operational targets.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks within the branch, implementing controls and procedures to safeguard assets and minimize losses.
• Monitor branch performance metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Recruit, train and develop branch staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement.
