Facilities Management Engineer

Minimum Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Facilities Management and project management of similar size within GCC countries.

Service Level Requirements

• Good technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including:
• Low-voltage electrical systems
• Mechanical systems
• Preferably accredited by QCDD.
• Preferably classified as Grade B by Kahramaa / competent authorities.
• Good knowledge of standards and regulations applicable in the State of Qatar.
• Good understanding of Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (QHSE) management systems and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

· Proficient in both Arabic and English, spoken and written.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to plan, organize, and supervise multiple teams and make sound decisions.

Pay: QAR1.00 per month
