Job Description
Assists in managing and directing retail store operations dealing with merchandising, selling, stocking, promoting and reordering of goods.
One year of retail experience in retail store operations within the last two years is required.
If a sufficient number of qualified candidates do not apply, the minimum qualifications may be lowered without reposting.
Assists in managing and directing retail store operations.
Assists in establishes financial goals to maximize sales, profit, SSR, productivity, turns and inventory.
Supervises, trains, develops and schedules associates for current positions and future growth.
Evaluates and enhances customer service and customer satisfaction.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Extended Duty Hours / Varying Work Schedules
Shift Work 24/7 365 days/year
