Job Description
Applies fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures related to a particular business specialization. Analyzes, evaluates, and interprets economic financial and statistical data, program information, and operating results.
Three years of experience in finance and/or accounting.
Or
Bachelor's degree and one year of experience in finance and/or accounting.
Or
Bachelor's degree and completion of the Financial Management Training Program (FMT).
Specialized financial system requirements may be specified by the hiring manager.

Assists with system maintenance. Researches, identifies, and resolves system/customer issues.
Tests and implements program changes and new products and solutions. Assists in analyzing business conditions and developing policies.
Coordinates with other departments and contractors to complete analysis, research design, development, conversion, and implementation of programs.
Assists in the interpretation of financial writing/updating applicable Exchange Operating Policy (EOP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and user guides.
Conducts training associated with process improvements.
Performs other duties as assigned.
