Summary: AAA The Auto Club Group is seeking a motivated student to join their Innovations team as an Intern. The role involves developing websites, apps, and conducting research to enhance business results and optimize insurance initiatives. Responsibilities: - Drive business results by collaboratively developing various websites, apps, and research that will provide results to benefit The Auto Club Group and the members we serve - Broaden your knowledge and create meaningful connections by cross-collaborating among the many business lines of ACG in a wide range of auditing projects - Create proof-of-concept AI prototypes - Create customer-focused research and conduct in-market testing - Gain exposure to design thinking and agile methodologies - Conduct market research and evaluate opportunities for technological products’ value propositions in a given market - Take part in coding challenges Required Qualifications: - A sophomore or junior, fully enrolled in a bachelor's degree program at an accredited college/university, with a minimum 3.0 GPA - Studying a field related to Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Machine Learning, Human Centered Design, UI/UX - Legally authorized to work in the U.S - Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills (oral and written), organization skills, and strong situational adaptability - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Ability to multi-task and appropriately prioritize tasks to ensure timely solutions to problems that meet business line goals - Experience with PC software applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.) - Familiarity with AI, LLM, Machine Learning, Python, HTML, CSS, Angular/React, Flutter, Swift, or Kotlin, and JavaScript - Basic math calculations to accurately perform various types of transactions - Learn the full range ACG products, services and functions to perform the responsibilities of assigned job - Assist internal/external client(s) in response to questions, requests and resolution of problems - Assist and/or develop reports/presentations/recommendations for management review - Communicate effectively with others in a work environment and with the public - Work independently and on teams - Think creatively and ideate Preferred Qualifications: - Ability to learn and adapt to corporate cultures and processes and provide own relevant and effective experience and best practices - Be comfortable in an environment where responsibilities are broadly defined, resources are limited, and collaboration is critical to success - Ability to provide good service to internal and/or external customers Required Skills: AI, Machine Learning, Python Important Skills: HTML, CSS, Angular/React, Flutter, Swift/Kotlin
