• You will be taking over from a sensei with current students enrolled.

• Lead from the front: Teach while managing centre operations and marketing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local preschools and primary schools.
• Delegate student load to Senseis as your centre scales, retaining leadership focus.
• Earn commissions based on centre success and expansion into multi-centre management.

• Qualifications: Degree required, along with proof of tutoring or formal teaching experience.
• Age Group Comfort: High energy and enthusiasm for working with children aged 3–11 and supporting advanced students up to age 18.
• Leadership Mindset: Fearless, highly responsible, and competitive—ready to study advanced Kyu/Dan levels and lead teams into national and international championships.
• Immediate Priority: Candidates aged 35+ with a marketing background and strong leadership experience are prioritized for immediate appointment.
• Retention & Service: Dedicated to delivering exceptional service so student retention remains high, driving growth annually between January and May.

9-Day Intensive Training: Comprehensive abacus, mental math, and pedagogical course

In-Field Training & Marketing: Hands-on campaign execution and school relationship setup.
