Global Control Tower Manager
Location: Denmark, Aarhus, 8210
We are looking for a Global Control Tower Manager to take end-to-end ownership of a complex, high-impact supply chain operation for one of our largest strategic customers.
This is not just an operational role—it is a leadership position at the heart of decision-making, where you will orchestrate global flows, drive performance, and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
As Global Control Tower Manager, you will:
Lead and inspire a cross-functional control tower team, setting clear direction, priorities, and performance expectations
Act as the single point of orchestration across regions, functions, and stakeholders
Drive proactive decision-making using data, insights, and strong business judgment
Own end-to-end visibility and execution across the supply chain
Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
Engage directly with senior stakeholders and customer leadership, ensuring transparency and trust
What You Bring
You are a leader first—someone who thrives in complexity, brings structure to ambiguity, and inspires others to perform at their best. You are equally comfortable in front of senior stakeholders as you are on the operational floor, and you take pride in building teams that deliver consistently at a high level.
Strong Leadership & People Skills (Core Focus)
Proven experience leading high-performing teams in complex, global environments
Ability to motivate, coach, and develop talent, driving both engagement and results
Strong decision-making capabilities under pressure
Confident stakeholder communicator—able to influence at all levels
High level of ownership and accountability
Operational & Strategic Capabilities
Solid experience within Supply Chain Management / Control Tower / Logistics operations
Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain flows and dependencies
Experience with performance management, KPI frameworks, and continuous improvement
Comfortable working with data-driven insights and digital tools
