HVAC Service & Sales Technician: $42K to $62K + Uncapped Commission + Company Truck
A/C Authority, Port St. Lucie, FL

Tired of chaotic dispatch, guessing on prices and chasing the office for answers? At A/C Authority you walk into every call already knowing how it's going to go.

We're a local, owner-run HVAC company on the Treasure Coast, and we've built a system that makes good techs great. Every call follows the same proven playbook: clear schedules, photo documentation, upfront pricing and real options for the customer. You spend your time fixing systems and helping homeowners, not figuring things out on the fly. Techs who run the system every call, every time are the ones who earn the most here.

What's in it for you

• $42,000 to $62,000 base, plus uncapped commission on every system you sell
• A company truck, so there's no wear and tear on your own vehicle
• A predictable day: start at the shop, roll to your first call by 8:00 AM
• On-call only every other week
• Paid time off, plus manufacturer and in-house training to keep your skills sharp
• Real tools: Housecall Pro, CompanyCam, a priced menu of options and financing to offer customers

What you'll do

• Run service, repair, tune-up, maintenance-plan and warranty calls in homes across the Treasure Coast
• Diagnose, explain what you found with photos, and give every customer a recommendation and an estimate
• Spot aging equipment and set up replacement quotes. Your sales turn into your commission
• Hit the numbers that matter (average ticket, callbacks) and get rewarded for it

You're a fit if you

• Take pride in doing it the right way on every call, every time
• Have solid HVAC service experience and can diagnose without hand-holding
• Hold EPA 608 certification and a valid Florida driver's license with a clean record
• Communicate well with homeowners and the office, and are comfortable recommending solutions

Physical requirements

• Work in attics, on rooftops and in crawl spaces. This is a must
• Lift up to 40 lbs overhead
• Drive between job sites across a wide service area, with significant daily travel time

Full-time, Monday to Friday. If you want a shop where the process sets you up to win, apply today.
