5 Star Cares is looking for compassionate and dependable caregivers ready to make a real impact in the lives of higher-acuity patients in a supportive group home setting.

⚠️ MUST have experience in: ✔ Acute Care Hospital/✔ Rehab/✔ Long-Term Care (LTR/SNF)

🩺 Responsibilities: • Assist with bathing, hygiene, feeding, and mobility • Support daily living activities with compassion and professionalism • Document care and communicate with the healthcare team • Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment

✅ Qualifications: ✔ Minimum 2 years of acute care, rehab, or skilled nursing experience ✔ Experience with higher-acuity or Level 2 patients preferred ✔ Current CPR/BLS & First Aid (AHA or Red Cross) ✔ Ability to pass ACHA Level 2 Background Screening ✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills

📅 Schedule: • Full-Time or Part-Time • 12-Hour Day Shifts (6AM–6PM) • Rotating weekends & holidays
